Our service

We assist with GST registration, GST return filing and MSME/Udyam registration. We are a private service provider, not a government body.

How an application works

You apply online. Our team verifies your details and documents. After verification you pay the full service fee. Work on registration or filing starts only after payment is confirmed.

Your responsibilities

You must give true and complete information and valid documents. Any wrong or missing information can delay or cancel the process, and you are responsible for it.

Fees

Prices shown are our service fees. Government fees, taxes and challans (if any) are separate and paid by you. We may revise prices for new applications.

Timelines

Timelines like “1 day” count from payment confirmation and complete documents. Final approval is by the government department and is outside our control.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for delays, rejections or penalties caused by incorrect information, late documents, portal downtime or government decisions. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Kolkata – 743377, West Bengal, India.
