Before payment

You can cancel any time before paying. There is no charge for application and verification.

After payment, before work starts

If you cancel before we begin filing, we refund the full fee within 5–7 working days.

After work has started

Once filing has started on the government portal, the fee is not refundable because effort is already spent. If we are unable to complete your service due to our mistake, you get a full refund.

When we cannot proceed

If the department rejects your application for a reason we could have avoided, we re-apply free or refund the fee. Rejection due to wrong information or ineligibility from your side is not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go to the same account or UPI ID used for payment. Write to [email protected] with your reference ID to request one.
